Welcome to the beautiful Morgan Trace & Lady Slipper Subdivision. Our subdivision has 61 townhomes ranging from duplex units to single units. We are a quiet neighborhood community where we look out for each other. We have a neighborhood watch and social gathering where the community comes together to fellowship.

This is meant as a helpful guide for new, existing members, and prospective buyers and is subject to change by appropriate approval.
